I have started noticing that milk just does not look right. It looks entirely too white and opaque.
I let some milk sit in a cup for a few days it turned to a jello like consistency and when I ran it down the drain it stayed in chunks, even though I was running extremely hot water to wash it down. It should have dissipated, and it remained in clumps. Seems weird to me

Milk does that, it's called curdling.
use enough of it and you could make cheese...
