I let some milk sit in a cup for a few days it turned to a jello like consistency and when I ran it down the drain it stayed in chunks, even though I was running extremely hot water to wash it down. It should have dissipated, and it remained in clumps. Seems weird to me

You can easily check it for graphene with a magnet, if you have suspicions.
Milk does that, it's called curdling.
use enough of it and you could make cheese...
