I've experienced recently where my card doesnt work in person but works online (apparently nothing wrong with the card). And I know people whose cards work in person but stopped working online, for Amazon etc. - Conspiracies

These errors never happened before, just the last few months.

Find a local Credit Union and become a member if you need a debit card.
