Being implies center (life) of nature (inception towards death).

being entirely open

Only while being (perception) enclosed within entire (perceivable) can oneself open up (discernment).

everyone has access to all

Ones free will of choice has access to all perceivable balance...unless ignored for the suggested choices by other ones.
