This would take a longer than I have to reply. but equating certain frequencies with certain states with certain programming types is not how it works.

Brain is a triunal structure, with different frequencies operating at different sections and the interplay of these is a PROXY (not the thing itself) for the modulation of the conscious states (incl. awareness, suggestibility, etc).

By manipulating cortical networks and deeper structures are various frequencies, persons can be made to hear, see, feel, experience, remember and forget certain things (more easily).

But it is not one frequency band = one brain state = one programming type in Monarch / MK ULtra.
