This guy is an Instagramer/Journalist in Gaza named Saleh AlJafarawi, quite famous. He is really famous so this does not even need debunking.

As any instragramer looking for views, he will do all sort of things. And most of these photos are from his videos. The top left one, reseilient patient, revived corpse are not him of course.
