Look into boron. It is the mineral that rids the body of fluoride and helps with iodine absorption. Which in turn helps with regulating your test and estrogen levels and helping your thyroid. It also help with calcium and phosphorus absorption which is the parathyroid. Don't know if it is the answer but can't hurt. Don't take it if you take fake test or estrogen though.
