I think they had different stuff in different areas. I think if all shots had nanotech it would have been too easy for people to discover and shut down. Then again, maybe it was in all of them, but only sucessfully activated in a smaller number. It seems odd though, that lots of people give off BT signals in one area while none do in other areas. What I think is going on, is they can see on their computer screen, what you see out your eyes. Hear on their speakers, what you hear in your ears. They would also be able to see what's going on in dreamland when you're sleeping.
That data is not just for them.. the NSA.. but their AI that can monitor everybody simultaneously. This is just the "receiver" part.. it can also "transmit" and hijack somebody. Take them over. They wouldn't remember it later. Have them do whatever.

oh you were testing this out. Haven't heard of anybody who has. I wonder if people coulda caught who knows what from just those test swabs.
That wouldn't surprise me. I stayed far away from those.
It is likely that if they were doing such experimentation that they would do it on small groups not everybody.
