If you ignore all the words and the flags then it's just a bunch of monkeys that randomly go break the other monkey's things.

My power level is 6 and yours is 5. I'll spend one power level to remove two from you. Now I'm at 5 and you're at 3. Why? Because it's easier than moving myself from power level 6 up to 7.
