This was already found on reddit. It's a getty image of a trash can with trash inside. The image is just blurred. Israel uses that for propaganda emotional shock...

Anyway, not to disagree with you or anything, I still think Netanyahu, or to use his Ashkenazi name - Mileikowsky, is a snake. But I would first double-check the news source, so I don't fall into any propaganda scheme.
