Anybody remember when Jimmy Carter's younger brother, Billy Carter, was considered controversial because he liked to drink? Just an indication of how times have changed.

PS: When I was looking up that link I learned that he promoted a product called "Peanut Lolita". That strikes as odd in retrospect, but I don't think there's anything to it since the label featured an adult female belly dancer, not Billy sniffing a little girl.
