While it’s not impossible to have multiple large magnitude earthquakes (like 6.0, 6.7, and 6.3) in a single day globally, it is statistically less likely due to the infrequency of large magnitude earthquake occurrences. When they do occur, it’s often a notable event that is studied by seismologists and reported in the media.
