Both THERAPEUTIC (restoring health) and PROPHYLACTIC (preserving health) distract one from being disease (life) within health (inception towards death), hence being dis-ease while struggling to sustain self.

HEALTH, noun - "that state of an animal or living body, in which the parts are sound"...being implies partial instrument within sound, hence a person (Latin per sonos; by sound).

Others suggest animal and living body to distract one from living within animation.
