I never believe it when these articles say the Chaotic Evils created such and such group. Chaos is about disorganization and Evil is about destruction. There's nothing about creating order that should interest a Chaotic Evil.

Usually (almost exclusively) it is the Lawfuls and the Goods who create things. And the Evil and Chaotic usurp, pervert, and destroy.

So, because of human nature, I doubt this article even without reading it.
