Nazi is a same kind of useless emotional trope that is used as a shorthand for everything bad under a sun and as a mechanism to short circuit actual critical thinking.

Define nazi (in time, actions, ideology and geography).

Then we can have a discussion.

So many are calling so many nazi these days and they have almost zero common characteristics between them.

Also, if we take "nazi" to mean certain unspecified but select high-ranking government/military official from Germany c. 1938-1945 and say "they were bad people" and thus "all nazis are bad people", then using the same logic, we can say:

• All Brits are bad people
• All Americans are bad people
• All Romans are bad people
• All Communists are bad people
• All jews are bad people

... and so on.

Not very useful or intellectually honest.
