I think it could be a manmade rainbow, as stated in the first link from 2012 on HAARP and chemical seeding the atmosphere link.
I can do that with my garden hose on a sunny day. Your point is what.
My point is not using a hose but rather seeding the atmosphere with chemicals to change the color frequencies.

Well they do and they'd rather you didn't know. It's all about control and trying to be like God and it's better to know what's possible because probability is no longer an efficient means to measure.

The coloring, the yellow is extremely bright and I just wonder about color frequencies now I guess, also what are the odds of the location of it and the timing of it being around 9/11 because I think some evil psychos made that happen and are also capable of fabricating something in the sky that isn't theirs to use.

The last few rainbows I have seen that associated with tragedy seems now, looking back…. that they were double rainbows. Maybe it’s the default from weather manipulation induced ones.

I think the lighter colors are too bright and could be caused by chemically seeding the atmosphere to change the color frequencies and I think there are forces with technology that can create rainbows made by man and not God. I mean they can make it rain and I think they made a rainbow for a pr stunt.

I could just be paranoid, but better informed than sorry I didn't mention it.
It just seems to me the brightness of the colors is weird and the background/shading in main picture (editing maybe) added to the fact that it wouldn't suprise me for the evil to pull some stuff like this.

so to get a rainbow you just need the timing to have precipitation in one region near dawn or dusk with the right sun angle, and the clouds to part wherever the sun is. wouldn't be difficult to weather manipulation to execute. the cloud patterns would be interesting to look at from doplar or whatever. the original 911 there was a big storm that was going to hit ny but it was ((diverted)) or whatever and the cloud patterns were interesting
