I've already blocked many bots like TallestSkill, freedom-of-choice, qclick, etc. It is usually lunacy and degeneracy, as you said, but it also makes it so nice to reach a real person.

I am quite convinced that there are many fake accounts in here. I think that I am aware of the situation and here's how I usually proceed:

1. Give an honest shot with the person and present your view on the topic.
2. If they don't pay attention to what you are saying, it is highly unlikely that they will do so later. Just leave them, the site even offers a block feature.
3. That's how you never miss a genuine person, but you still have a protection against the rage bots.

I hope that is in any way useful for you. You can also always check their comment/post history to gain a better perspective of the person. Are they experiencing an episode or is this the norm for them?

Anyway, we still have to try and hope for the best. The more challenges we face, it only makes for the sweetest victory.
