Ideal world...no need to execute...because everyone will have a conscience and will to do the right thing.

Like how in parts of asia the bicycles are unlocked and the umbrellas abundant.

EX'ECUTE (to carry into complete effect)...complete cause (inception towards death) carries partial effects (life). One needs to resist that.
