May I give you my perspective, based on my consulting at many companies and meeting many Indian execs. Without exception, ALL Indian executives come from a culture that encourages dishonesty. While some Indian execs were true sociopathic liars, in general all the execs were not honest people. (And some were scary: one VP at a big Silicon Valley corporation was a Sikh who carried the traditional knife. He actually threatened me at my desk on that project and marched me out of the building. I reported to upper management and later the company fired him and the entire division under him (all Indians), once they discovered his fraud on a big money project.)
Indian culture promotes worship of authority and obedience to those higher than you, even if the higher ones lie. Indian schools engrain rote obedience. Among the H1Bs I've encountered, all were dishonest in that they hide weaknesses and incompetence. Among the execs, there were plenty of bullshit lies used to hide incompetence and promote their goals.
As an electrical engineer, I once was hired as a consultant to monitor a project run by an Indian professor, and found he compulsively lied and expected that because of his position, everything he said was to be taken as true and valid. When he found I was documenting and reporting his lies, he barred me from the offices and fired me. They investigated and soon fired him days later and closed down the project which was hopelessly corrupted.
So these guys come to the US, some get into politics, and you can be sure that 99% of them are compulsive liars trying to deceive you. Ramaswampy is one such.
I think what should be noted here is how incredibly fast "Operation HINDUDE TRUMP" imploded. It makes Juan Guaido look like a masterful long-term deception. And we're not even close to the election.

He’s a big pharma bro and a total piece of shit. So, naturally, he will “poll” well.
