So the black gal let her children run unsupervised to a pool without a lifeguard and where they were trespassing, and an apartment manager probably with safety in mind had to deal with insolent jogger brats.
Pouring soda on the kid and hitting him and humiliating him is uncalled for.

There's other ways she could have dealt with the problem and held the child's parents responsible.
