The one I find plausible is that the levy was blown on purpose, but I can't figure out why. Tons of property was utterly destroyed, tons of people died, and I can't think of a single fed or globalist benefit.
I don't have any thoughts on this one being true or not, but as to no fed or globalist benefit, not all ops are meant to directly cause immediate movement in a direction. There are plenty used for training, there are plenty used for research, there are plenty to move the needle in public perception, and most of them serve multiple purposes. But again, I have no idea on this one.
I remember the national guard not letting people cross a bridge.
Guns being stolen from evacuated houses.
There's more on the tip of my tongue, that's why I was hoping to brainstorm.
MK ultra is trauma based mind control, they use things that are tragedies that are horrible to manipulate. That alone is ample reason in my mind.
