Also seems that approved L1 visas increased during Trump presidency. He has some explaining to do.
Many holders of L1 visas eventually apply for a green card, and in fact, the process of going from an L1 visa, especially an L1A visa, to a green card is (relatively) easy.
So basically no limit on L1 visas, and turning L1 visa into a green card is fucking easy.
I'm going to have to research that.

L1 visas can be for 5-7 years and be extended.
