Shouldn't there be some statute of limitations for a fondling charge? Let's say he grabbed a gal in the bathroom of a restaurant in 1980, should he still be held criminally liable for that action as of today? Would it be incumbant upon the woman to file charges in 1980 instead of 40 years later?
I'm all for justice, but forty years is a little too late so I have a wee bit of head scratching on some of those charges. Rape is a little different, but still the forty year waiting period for reporting is a bit sketchy. Now if he had murdered someone, then there is no limit as to how much time can pass before he's charged.
