The CDC report doesn't say what OP is claiming so there's that. But we all knew that alredy.

It talks about excess deaths but never mentions that nearly120000 and young adults died "due to the COVID-19 vaccine's dangerous side effects".

The number and quote are a complete fabrication.

You would know that if you'd bother to read the report.
