The High Evolutionary is clearly a demiurge archetype who believes that he is God and everyone should bow down to him like they do with a God.

The guy is also anti-bigotry, anti drugs, and anti-racism...and the punishment for not meeting up with his standards is DEATH.

He is a groin-kicking coward who uses cowardly tactics to subjugate people superior to him and James Gunn refers to this guy as the "most despicable villain of Marvels Cinematics Universe" for a VERY GOOD REASON.

His fate is being sealed eternally and getting forgotten forever, for the Evolutionary is simply too evil to even kill than to be jailed forever and forgotten.
