Your argument cuts both ways and you could be arguing that there's nothing wrong with circulating actual cp that already exists since no one is being harmed at this point, since I'm assuming that's your argument, things should be allowed if they don't harm anyone (or you just think everything should be permissible regardless).

Sorry, don't buy into this line of thinking. I don't know where it ends and it's not important if the gray areas are imperfect. People would figure it out
