Steroids do not pose a huge threat if you arent blasting. If you are on a TRT dose, which is more than suitable to build muscle, then you should honestly be fine.
It's when the body builders start adding shit like....Trenbolone that things get fucked up. These compounds are NOT bio-identical. Also oral steroids can cause issues.
Most people dont think when it comes to steroids. The harm comes in when you are doing gear, and then also eating like shit. If you have a nice consistent diet, lower carbs/sugars/wheats and anything that causes inflammation. You should be ok.
Every one of your sports ball players uses gear.
Sorry to say this maybe burst some of your bubbles. But these assholes are all playing a game to be rich.....They are using gear. Fuck even bike riding fags used gear for an edge.
Constant blood monitoring is needed when on steroids, this is for certain. To make sure hematacrite, hdl, and ldl are all good. Also blood pressure and things like this.
And last but not least......when doing steroids, it is best to get blood drawn/donated semi anually too. Steroids increase red blood cell count.........Need to get rid of it. And that should help BP.
TGhe thing thatg makes steroids dangerous is the ancillaries, Things used to curb gyno, and estrogenic flare ups. These things play a huge roll on down stream side effects.
But those are only needed for Men who are prone to side effects, or Men who are abusing the steroids and injecting too much oil. That its just aromotassing into e2 and DHT, and prolactin
But at the end of the day...I am just a bro science guy....what could I possibly know :D:D
Both doctors who gave him his opinion, were anti-vaxxers.
The one thing you are right about is that increased testosterone (super-physiological levels) combined with reduced estrogen levels (most body-builders use estrogen blockers) combined with constant hyper-caloric and high-carbohydrate feeding (i.e. standard bodybyuilder diet) make one ON A CELL LEVEL mechanistically more prone for S1 spike protein damage. This is in several low level biochem papers.
However, coffee does neither. In fact, it is more likely a protective substance than a harmful one, when it comes to spike protein damage.
And no, I don't drink coffee, use caffeine nor am I a bodybuilder.
I've just done the research, and you have clearly not. You are just unwilling to accept the fact.
You need to do more research and stop being a SimpleKek.
Guy had:
I know several people who drink tons of coffee every day and are healthy at 80 (and the "4 liters " was an offhand joke).
Do more actual research and project your own assumptions less.

I knew the bodybuilder lifestyle made one prone to clot shot damage on some level, but thanks for describing the actual mechanism.
