They failed because they liked to talk but didn't like to plan. When you see a cop on your porch that came for you, you know you failed long ago.
You are very optimistic on the percentage and on the TPTB behaviour. They certainly like "that sheeple began to listen someone else, OK, we backing up and curtailing our plans".
I'm not so optimistic and suppose that to end all that shit TPTB should be exterminated. Physically. And this couldn't be done without thorough planning.
Which is exactly what happens here.
Basic rule: "Do not feed them attention." This is why I suggested replacing fiat banknotes with gold and silver threads, because that deprives them of any unwarranted attention.

Not attracting their attention is more important. Let them rot in arrogance and ignorance.
