War is a racket.

Raytheon gets rid of all of their remaining bits of inventory and sell more new, as the old shit ain't worth shit in Ukraine.

Politicians get more money from the War Industrial Complex as "contributions".

DoD gets to rotate and get rid of all of their useless half-working inventory.

And they get new weapons and new funding for yet-to-be seen weapons.

And politicians get to brag how many billions they are giving to Ukraine, when they are giving Ukraine 40 year old useless weapons at current accounting price. The money never leaves Washington DC, it just goes from Congress to War Industrial Complex via DoD.

Corrupt Ukrainian fake politicians benefit by getting tons of weapons they can now sell on the black market, and they get to pocket the profit and complain how "the weapons sent so far, are not enough".

CIA Black Ops now get an increase in threat level, because the terrorist organizations now have US based military weapons of all sorts via the black market.

And retired ex-DoD / War Industrial Complex get bonuses by moonlighting on their twilight years for Raytheon / DoD - training the use of and fixing old defunct hardware being shipped to Ukraine.

All the paralegals and attorneys are getting new fat paychecks from the DoD / WIC to fight the oncoming lawsuits from all of this corruption.

The money goes around, the merry-go-round keeps revolving.

Ukrainians and Russians (the ordinary folk) have no say in this. They die on the battlefield, they pay in blood.
