I do not agree nor disagree with your first paragraph that satellites may be attached to balloons or some sort of drone tech.
But I do believe they are trying to increase coverage for implementation of CBDC one world digital currency. Both are being advanced. Could just be coincidence but you know how people feel about so-called coincidences around here.
