a) ADDICT'; verb - "to apply one's self habitually"...wanting to buy what others suggest to sell represents that habit.

b) HAB'IT, noun - "to have to hold" tempts one to ignore that -TION - "action" (inception towards death) cannot be held onto by the reactions (life) within.
