Because the USA were concieved in order to give absolute power to corporations over the government. By lobbying, the corporations are able to choose the politicians who rule the country in their name.
a) if one chooses to ignore natural law (perceivable) for suggested laws; then others will seek to legislate (lobby) one. Consent represents acceptance of suggested.
b) nature sets itself apart (LAW aka land air water); those within tempt partials back together (LEGAL; from leg; to collect; gather).
c) within perceivable (inception towards death) one represents resistance (life); while suggested tempts one to follow (laws) while punishing (law enforcement) resistance (crime).
d) perceivable: "resistance is fertile" or suggested: "resistance is futile"...it's ones free will of choice.
Lobbying is legal because we need a way to submit grievances. As with everything, people see shit in black and white. Lobbying is not different than having the right to bear arms. It is a right and a tool. One that can be used for good or bad, based on those wielding it, and one of the steps/actions you can take before you take up arms. We shouldn't throw the baby out with the bath water.
"Lobbying" as in "hanging out in the lobby of the Capitol so you can make sure your politicians hear your grievances" is not the same thing as actual lobbying as it happens in actual politics, which is just bribery.
The reason lobbying exists is to make sure the minority is not trampled on by the majority. As with all tools, it can be used for good and bad. As I said, we shouldn't throw the baby out with the bath water. Furthermore, be careful what you ask for (ie. unintended consequences).
