God what a crock of shit, really going down the slippery slope on this one.

“The First Amendment permits and protects the rights of individuals to assemble and engage in demonstrations that confront and criticize the government, even when those demonstrations become rowdy or unruly,” Pattis wrote. Prosecutors said the First Amendment doesn’t protect the conduct for which Shroyer was charged.

What conduct? Not sucking the governments dick? He was charged for trespassing and I would bet that 1 year is the maximum they can give someone, even for pubilc taxpayer property. Lmao canadians are so fucking retarded they think that walking on a government property is trespassing, when they are the dumbasses who pay for it. Lol what a hoot. To bad just as many americans are dumb apparently.

Shroyer, who has worked at Infowars since 2016, said he went to Washington, D.C., with Jones and others who worked for the website. Jones hasn’t been charged with any Jan. 6-related crimes.

I am sure if there wasnt public footage of him screaming "DONT DO IT ITS A TRAP." they would. I know they wanted to and failed.

But, prosecutors wrote in a court filing, “Harkening to the last time Americans overthrew their government in a revolution while standing on the Capitol steps where elected representatives are certifying a Presidential Election you disagree with does not qualify as deescalation.”

Perhaps it didnt help the situation, but he himself did not call for physical assault or property destruction, again what he was charged with was "trespassing".

What a crocking failure of a justice system. Bought and paid for by the rich.

This is why I gave up on trying to go back to america to get help or justice for being poisoned with freon. They are just as likely to fuck me over as well.

I swear allegiance to no country, but to planet earth. Fuck the shadows that hide in the light.
