There's a TOS law there that prevents "sexually explicit depiction of minors" and it's user--enforced in 99% of discords and taken very seriously.

Banning draw child porn sounds good on paper but in practice, it translates to "anyone can and will be a child-raping monster" and is similar to the "Naked Baby Pics are porn" bullshit happening in America right now. The goal is to instill fear and total control, not an elevation of morals.
