We are getting more and more of comic book villains:

Klaus "Dr Strangelove / Blofeld" Schwab
Dr "Meinheimer" Hotez
Yuval Noah Harari
Tony Fauci etc.

They are so comical, so out of this world that they defy explanation. People are just baffled by them and dazzled by them.

Part of the "confuse and control through constant amazement" agenda.
