Russia to open consular section offices in Jerusalem -statement

Russia's embassy in Israel will open offices in Jerusalem to serve its consular section as part of an agreement with the city, the embassy and Israel's foreign ministry said on Friday.

I wonder if the two sides will actually fight over the largely Jewish city of Dnipro. It's only a couple hours away from the front line. My guess, the war will "passover" Dnipro.

Ya, that center is going to stay intact. If it gets bombed I would have revise my whole analysis of how the world works.
