Fluoxetine, the active ingredient in Prozac, is made up of 18.5 per cent of fluoride and the remaining 81.5 per cent of the drug is comprised of oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen and carbon.

Most everything in organic chemistry is made up of H O N C, they are the four key building blocks in living organisms. So the article, if true, basically confirms fluoxetine is pharmaceutical grade fluoride.
