Space travel from the nearest habital planet is insanely far. Besides, if you look at the size of the shadow of the moon during an eclipe you see its very small, relative to the supposed size of the moon.
If the sun were 93 million miles away and super huge, then the light traveling to earth and the moon would be parallel. Thus, the shadow of the moon would be the same size as the moon. There wouldnt be a ulumbra, that only occurs if you have a local light where the light waves spread out.
When you look at the moon when earth is between it, and the sun you see a circle.
Ya, the moon caats a shadow. Does that mean its massive or does it mean the. Moon is about the size of the shadow?
Earth is flat, space is fake, and the sun and the moon are the same size
