It happened all over NA. Doctors were explicitly being ordered not to treat covid cases. Repeatedly tested people with faulty PCR tests until they came up positive, then it was hands off. Doctors in Canada that spoke out about this who inevitably got fired claimed that the patients weren't receiving treatment at all
