I am part of a circle of friends who often plays games together but we voice chat about everything. One guy is a Redditor, and he's toxic even to the rest of us but he's the brother of someone we respect so we're stuck with him.

Nobody shares his political views. We're mostly completely the opposite but we don't engage him. He's 100% unabashed communo-anarchist. We never discuss politics with him within earshot but he's constantly volunteering this information. He assumes we all share the same stance. Not even his family does. But if you try to discuss this with him, he gets triggered and apoplectic and extremely aggressive.

His icebreakers include such deep conversation as "what would you do if you saw someone wearing a MAGA hat?" expecting the response to be violence or some other preprogrammed stunt like following them home to get an address "to report." He's serious.

Others in the group have met him in real life. He's obese and pale. He doesn't work. He doesn't believe he should be forced to work. His parents have given up.

His humor is all canned responses from Futurama, parks and rec, the Simpsons, and other internet memes. When he has a bad day, everyone else is the problem.
