I did not disregard your argument, there was not an argument to disregard. You might want to look at the nation of Mauritius, or how the Indian population gets along in Britain without much trouble. I can only guess why the cultures you chose include Africa and the Middle East, but I am pretty sure you know why. That is why you cling to the "European" label.
People of all races emigrate to the Nordic countries, which are far more successful and productive societies than we have here. There are expectations for living there, just like meaningful immigration reform would do for our country.
