A June 16, 2020 email titled "Guarantee Letter" surfaced from the U.S. Department of Treasury's Office of the Comptroller of Currency (OCC) regarding an audit performed by the International Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (INTOSAI) and International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID). I'll expand. How does a quantum financial system differ from a regular non quantum centralized CBDC sytem. Speed of transactions? Security?
CBDC just means its central bank digital currency (fiat) therefore worthless. They use the same system in theory. CBDC's will fail for obvious reasons and then ABDC's will rise.
