I'll expand. How does a quantum financial system differ from a regular non quantum centralized CBDC sytem. Speed of transactions? Security?

CBDC just means its central bank digital currency (fiat) therefore worthless. They use the same system in theory. CBDC's will fail for obvious reasons and then ABDC's will rise.
