I once had a colonoscopy. It had nothing to do with cancer or polyps and was absolutely necessary for the circumstance. Years later, I'm healthier now than ever and wholeheartedly believe I would have ended up with a worse end result had it not been performed for the reason it was performed.
From my perspective with my life experience in mind, your post seems to be less about conspiracy and more about projecting your own sexually confused thoughts.
I'll be vague: It was done to visualize what could not otherwise be seen through previous attempts using external imaging technologies in preparation for what turned out to be a life-saving surgery.
Or as OP's brain will read it: I just like having things shoved up my ass by strangers while unconscious!
My point is that colonoscopies are usually not medically necessary. Making them regular is both dangerous, and profit-enhancing for the medical establishment. But it sounds like you needed one, which is what should be the standard.
Note, my son had one due to some food allergy issues, so they are okay in the right circumstances I believe.

I agree with them not being needed routinely. I do not agree with OP's assertion they aren't needed at all.
