A subject totally silenced outside Western media is that Iranian Jews do not support the Zionist entity in Israel. Here's one example:
MP Underlines Jewish Community’s Support for Iranian Athletes Abstaining Competition against Israeli Opponents (Fars News 11/14/2021)
One might say, "Well, he's controlled opposition, obviously!" The second paragraph in the article is this quote:
"Child-killing regime"? Everyone will have to make their own judgement, but that seems over-the-top rhetoric for controlled opposition. Try to find any Western politician saying anything similar.
I respect your views and knowledge on many topics but I still think your are viewing things with a strictly Western mindset from a Western culture viewpoint.
It's perfectly normal for a Jew living in the middle east to say what Sameh Yah said in your quote. In fact, any Jew living in Iran would have to go over the top in his criticism of israel. Otherwise he would be called a traitor since all eyes are set on him, more than any other non-Jew since he is expected to be a traitor.
Again to better understand the different mindset, realize that in the Middle East people are not (yet) indoctrinated with the holohoax and the chosen people lies. Some of the people there have connections with Palestinians and know that israel is indeed a child-killing regime. Virtue signaling there necessitates that you bash the israelis even for the traitors working with them.
Quick example: in 1967, Hafez Al-Assad sold the Golan heights to the israelis in exchange for 100 Million Dollars. In fact, the later war in 1973 was in part to give him back some credibility since the Syrian people knew he was a traitor. YET all that said, Syria pushed the worst rhetoric against israel. Everyone in Syria was expected to say the worst things against israel. But what about real actions against israel? NONE.
Note: I guess you are a military man, if you doubt that Assad sold the Golan heights, go look it up on the map and see its terrain and the military advantage it had.
If memory serves, some years back a rich Israeli offered Iranian Jews who wished to make aliyah something like $25,000 a piece to defray moving costs and get them out from the grip of the Iranian regime. He shut the program down after less than a year. Why? Not a single taker.
One might say, "Yes, of course, it was one giant fake and ghey psyop, and now there are 25,000 kike fifth columnists ready to take down Iran!" Maybe, but I have always shied away from the unfalsifiable. As far as critical thinking and mental discipline are concerned, it's like lifting weights with no plates attached.
As far as the Golan Heights are concerned, my interest in the areas runs deeper than any military utility. I believe that ultimately, it's real importance is that it's the location of Mt. Hermon.
It's complicated, typing about such issues would take forever. To add to the topic of Jewish immigration. You might consider that the vast majority of Jews never wanted to go to Palestine (later falsely renamed into Israel). It was only the Russian Jews who were ever really fanatic about it, and some ultra rich Sephardim pushed it.
The Jews of Iraq did not want to leave Iraq. What was the solution? Ask their stooge, king Faisal the second to confiscate everything they had and prosecute them so they would have no interest in staying. Of course some of the impoverished Jews who had no property or strongly identified as Arab stayed. Also other crypto Jewish Iraqis must have stayed to spy and infiltrate but those are a few.
Not sure, if you are interested but this is a story about a Jewish spy network in Iraq.
It's only natural that Jews of Iran would not want to leave. The ones who wanted to leave already found ways to do so. Those who stayed are happy to stay there. It does not necessarily mean they are all fifth columnists. Even so, you bet some of them are!
I haven't really looked into Mt.Hermon. I will look it up. Thx for info.
