Why do the many seek treatment through pharmaceuticals (barbiturates)? To shirk responsibility over self onto others. Why do the few suggest barbiturates? So that the many can justify their irresponsibility by numbing themselves from the consequences of shirked responsibility.
Notice that the many are so numb to health that they fear getting sick, while consenting to literally anything suggested to justify being afraid? For them whatever poison suggested represents "justice served".
Vigilance (watchfulness) has to be in response (choice) of origin (balance)...not towards outcome (fear of death). Killing those who suggest fear doesn't make one less afraid. Fear (the mind killer) tempts life to focus on death, hence ones lack of resistance being exploitable by others.
