The purpose of this Statute is to:
(a) Promote tolerance within society without weakening the common bonds tying together a single society.
(b) Foster tolerance between different societies.
(c) Eliminate hate crimes as defined in Section 1(c).
(d) Condemn all manifestations of intolerance based on bias, bigotry and prejudice.
(e) Take concrete action to combat intolerance, in particular with a view to eliminating racism, colour bias, ethnic discrimination, religious intolerance, totalitarian ideologies, xenophobia, anti-Semitism, anti-feminism and homophobia.
So anti-Semitism is the only thing they mention by name?
How about anti-Christianism? (Is that a word?)

Anti-Christianity is outlawed in Rome already. The "Christians" nowadays are more like Gnostics. The original Christians are no different from the likes of the LGBT crowd and they are literal Jews out for the kill.
If they want to promote tolerance, they need to allow freedom of speech. But this seeks to censor freedom of expressing opinion and so it is intolerant. Hence it is hypocritical bullshit.
We should be completely free to have opinions, and to have our own beliefs. Even to hate things as our beliefs. Once you ban that right you are enforcing lack of freedom of religion, and you are forcing state control over beliefs. And that gives them control over religious beliefs. Which is what this is about - it is communist state power grab masked under the facade of claiming tolerance.
As for antisemitism, I note that the Talmud puts hate of its own in writing. So will they apply these bullshit laws to Jewish religion? I rather doubt it.
The concept of hate works in several ways. One is in beliefs, and one is in action. They don't get to command people what beliefs they can have. They may be able to command no acts of hate violence though. Now, how does that apply to Jewish settlers killing Palestinians? Hmmm.
