They will need an astronomical amount of diesel generators. Time to buy stock in generator manufacturing companies. One little problem, all these commercial construction jobs I've been on in the past couple years can't get back up generators until the last minute, or even delaying certificate of occupancy. I know! We'll buy them from China! Problem solved
