Simple question. How do you know I'm a real person?
Things like ChatGPT have existed for decades. Automating it is stupidly easy. It's been done for a long time now.
Guess we'll all need a digital ID soon so we can make sure we're talking to a real person, right?
Guess that digital ID will be as easy to fake as any response coming from a paid actor in front of a camera. Right?
How do you know I'm a real person writing this? How do you know if I'm your friend, enemy, or someone who just doesn't give a fuck and wants to get paid enough so they can live in a house, drive a car, and maybe go fishing on the weekend?
How do you know an AI didn't write this. And how do you know you're not just part of an experiment. Because I can guarantee you, that you are. But how do you know.
How do you know?
How do you know I'm not a ChatBot.
How do you know I'm not just a chatbot that someone programmed to respond to other chatbots?
Nobody.
So well, anyone who still believes we're not just a page in history is making a fool out of themselves.
