So they will have their own wholesale CDBC which i bet will be untraceable, unlike the retail one where they can track everything we do.
There is no material difference between those two based on the words presented here it's just buzzwords which is really all they have (the cbdc website is just a mass of buzzwords). That's just another way to know this is some bad news
